Social media personality YesJulz claims Kanye West is not suing her despite the rapper releasing a letter of intent to arbitrate for violating her NDA.
YesJulz insists that Ye is not suing her
On Thursday (March 21), YesJulz responded on X, formerly known as Twitter, to someone who mentioned Ye announcing that he is suing Julz for $8 million earlier this week.
“He didn't tell me he's suing me,” replied YesJulz. “I haven't seen HIS signature on the paper. The letter of intent to arbitrate was written very clearly by Milo. It was signed by Ye's lawyer, which is also against Milo's will. If the lawsuit goes ahead and Ye allows it, sure I may feel differently. and I'll do what I have to do to defend myself. I'm not afraid because I haven't done anything wrong.”
He continued: “Until then, I have compassion and grace for Ye as I know firsthand how the people around him operate and I feel like it's only a matter of time before the truth comes out and he realizes what's really going on. I pray for his continued success and protection.”
When someone else reported Ye sharing the lawsuit on social media, YesJulz responded: “Then why was it deleted so quickly? What other posts do you see going up and down so quickly? He's not the only one with access to this account.”
