Ye is being sued by a model who claims she strangled her until she passed out during the filming of a music video.
Ye Faces New Lawsuit
On Friday (November 22), TMZ broke the news that Ye is facing another lawsuit. This time, model Jennifer An is accusing the rapper and producer of gagging and choking her during the filming of a music video in 2010. According to the lawsuit, An, ex America's Next Top Model contestant, claims to have watched the filming of Ye and La Roux's “In for the Kill.” While there, the Doda Her creator was oddly sympathetic, telling the crew, “Give me the Asian girl.”
One claims that Ye made her sit across from him while the camera was focused on her. He then proceeded to strangle her with both hands and choke her face before “placing several fingers on her throat, moving them in and out continuously and gagging her to simulate forced oral sex.”
One claims Ye shouted: “This is art. This is the king's art. I'm like Picasso,” after the wild stunt, which she claims was more like “pornographic gag/deep throat fetish/BDSM” than music video. The scene nor An made the final cut for the video for the song, which only featured Ye in the remix.
An is reportedly suing Ye and UMG for gender-motivated violence.
XXL Ye's team and his lawyer have been contacted for comment.

Ye Faces More Claims
This is the third time Ye has faced allegations of sexual misconduct this year. In June, his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta sued him for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment. That same month, singer Niykee Heaton accused Ye and Diddy of trying to sexually assault her when she was 19 years old.
