Tame Impala are back… with an APC clothing line. Kevin Parker brought a capsule of “psychedelic minimalism” to the Parisian fashion brand, whose founder, Jean Tuitou, has been a fan since his daughter found out. “It struck me as a synthesis of everything I love from the 1960s, from Soft Machine to Pink Floyd,” enthused Touitou in a press release. “I immediately loved their musical uniqueness and deceptively casual style.”
Now that style has translated into a sustainable capsule of flowing pastel blouses, alpaca sweaters, striped corduroy pants, bucket hats and shades, as well as sweats that “wrap the body in a cloud-like sensation,” according to one press release. release.
