Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued for sexual assault by five more people, including a woman who claims she was drugged and raped by the disgraced rapper and another celebrity in 2000 when she was 13, according to documents seen by The Fork. All of the plaintiffs are suing for damages for personal injuries and emotional distress, punitive damages, attorneys' fees and more. In addition to these five lawsuits, filed in New York federal court, two more John Does filed cases against Diddy in New York State Supreme Court.
The first Jane Doe claims that around September 7, 2000, when she was 13 years old, a friend dropped her off at Radio City Music Hall in New York to try to attend the MTV Video Music Awards. In an attempt to get into an afterparty, the plaintiff approached the limo drivers and struck up a conversation with one who claimed to work for Diddy. According to the lawsuit, the driver allegedly told her that Diddy “liked younger girls and said she 'fit what Diddy was looking for.' a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), but did not give her a copy of the document.
Jane Doe allegedly accepted a drink from the wait staff, felt sick, and found an empty bedroom to “lay down for a moment” in private. “A short time later, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room,” the lawsuit states. Doe claims Diddy “threw” her to the male celebrity, who stripped her and raped her while others watched. Then, she claims, Didi raped her while the two celebrities watched. When Diddy allegedly tried to force her to perform oral sex, she claims she punched him in the neck, grabbed her clothes and left the bedroom, “walking naked through the house looking for the exit as the party continued.” Once outside, she got dressed, walked to a gas station and called her father for help, the lawsuit states.
In a separate lawsuit, a 29-year-old singer, rapper and producer accused Didi of drugging and raping her at a party she threw in New York in December 2022. Jane Doe claims she and several friends, also independent musicians, were invited at Diddy's party, where they recognized various personalities from the music and television industry. Doe claims she repeatedly declined offers from wait staff to consume provided medication, but accepted a single glass of wine. The lawsuit alleges that Diddy approached Doe to discuss her music career, offered to feature her on a track and invited her to his office. Once there, Doe claims, she began slipping in and out of consciousness as Diddy sexually assaulted and raped her. The next thing she claims to remember is waking up around 6 a.m., confused and disoriented. The lawsuit states that Doe “discovered blood on her legs from her vaginal area and bruises on her lips,” as well as “deep marks on her hands and wrists, indicating she had been bound with ropes.” Doe claims her phone and clothes were missing, but she found a different outfit, got dressed and hurried out of the residence.
