After the contest, Deedy held a knife to Parham's face and threatened to cut her “in retaliation for her earlier statements on the video call,” the lawsuit alleges. Diddy allegedly stripped Parham of her clothes and doused her in “an oil/lube” before vaginally raping her with a remote control. Diddy, Pierce and two unidentified men also raped Parham, according to the complaint.
After the alleged gang-rape, Diddy forced Parham to swallow an “unknown pill.” She later, she claims, confronted Diddy about the assault, but the musician responded by offering her money to say the encounter was consensual and that she was a sex worker. When Parham refused Diddy's proposal, he reportedly told her “no one would ever believe she had been raped by him and if she told anyone it would hurt her family”.
Parham says she went to several police stations to report the alleged rape, but no charges have been filed.
Parham's attorney, Ariel Mitchell, had no comment when reached by Pitchfork. Reps for Diddy also had no comment.
Sean “Diddy” jailed on federal racketeering conspiracy charges. sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty and is due to go on trial on May 5, 2025.
Diddy also faces multiple lawsuits for alleged abuse. He has generally denied allegations of wrongdoing.
Sean “Diddy” Combs has long been linked to the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur, but has maintained that he had nothing to do with the murder. A man named Duane “Keffe D” Davis was arrested last year and charged with Shakur's murder and remains incarcerated as he awaits trial in March 2025. Davis, who has pleaded not guilty, claimed Diddy offered $1 million to kill him Sakur. Shakur's family has also reportedly hired celebrity attorney Alex Spiro to investigate Diddy's possible connection to Shakur's death.
