Rahim Redcar, the artist formerly known as Christine and the Queens, has covered the late SOPHIE's 'It's Okay to Cry'. Although this is the first proper recording of his take on the song, Redcar performed the cover live during his recent European tour. Listen to it below.
In September, Redcar released their latest full-length album: Hopecore. Self-described as “a call of the flesh, a prayer for justice and freedom,” he followed in 2022 Redcar les adorables étoiles (prologue) and 2023 Paranoia, Angels, True Love.
There are just two dates left on the docket for the ongoing Redcar tour, where fans have plenty of chances to hear SOPHIE's cover up close. On November 28th, Redcar will perform in Lausanne, Switzerland and then head to Berlin, Germany for a concert on December 11th. Find all upcoming tour dates below.
