Queens of the Stone Age are canceling the rest of their 2024 tour dates so frontman Joshua Homme can continue his recovery from recent emergency surgery. “Josh has no choice but to prioritize his health and receive necessary medical attention for the remainder of the year,” the band wrote. “Josh and the QOTSA family are so grateful for your support and the time we've been able to spend together over the last year. Queens of the Stone toured Europe in support In Times New Roman… when they had to return to the United States for Homme's surgery. The band has not performed since July 6.
