Entertainment icon Paris Hilton and pop star Meghan Trainor have announced that they have teamed up for a new single, titled 'Chasin'' which will be released on July 26th.
Talking to you Rolling rockHilton and Trainor announce news of collaborative track, which will appear on Hilton's upcoming album Infinity icon and is co-produced by the talented Sia.
“I started working on this song years ago and knew I had to save it for someone very special. Paris took it to a whole new level,” Meghan told the publication, adding, “I can't believe I'm going to be friends with her.”
Paris added, “[Meghan] Put into words an experience that was so real for me. that moment in your life when you find the confidence, strength and self-love to move away from toxic relationships and move on with your life.”
Trainor said of Hilton, “She's the sister I've always needed, and when she calls me sister, I die of happiness inside. We made something really iconic together and it was a dream come true for me.”
This announcement comes after Hilton appeared in the music video for Jason Derulo and Trainor's song “Hands On Me,” a nostalgic nod to the 2000s reality show. The Simple Life.
In a recent interview with Advertising sign, Paris gushed over the 'All About That Base' singer. “One of my favorite features is with Meghan Trainor. She is just so sweet and amazing. We met years ago during New York Fashion Week. She just came up to me, saying, “I'm Hilton's third sister.” Then I loved her so much and we became best friends.”
Hilton's musical comeback has been hinted at since December 2022, when she re-released her debut single as “Stars Are Blind (Paris Edition)” and performed it alongside Miley Cyrus and Sia at Cyrus' New Year's concert in Times Square.
Her upcoming album, Infinity icondue out on September 6 during New York Fashion Week, will mark her first full-length since her 2006 debut album Pariswhich included her biggest hit to date, 'Stars Are Blind'.
