Olivia Rodrigo and Louis Partridge look smitten with each other in new photos from Venice, Italy, where the pair attended the 2024 Venice Film Festival celebrations together.
This year on the second leg of her Guts tour in the US, the 'Obsessed' singer-songwriter spent the weekend publicly supporting Partridge at the premiere of the upcoming Apple TV+ limited series Refusala psychological thriller directed by Alfonso Cuarón and starring Cate Blanchett.
As The Hollywood Reporter notes, the Venice Film Festival marked Rodrigo and Partridge's debut as a couple at an “official” event.
They didn't do a typical red carpet launch at the Palazzo del Cinema RefusalIt premiered in Venice on Thursday (August 29), but together they attended a cocktail reception at the Hotel Excelsior, as well as a post-screening reception at the Palazzina Grassi.
They posed together and captured candid moments in select photos that hit the wires from the Venice events, with the actor lovingly kissing Rodrigo's head for a cute photo. Elsewhere, Partridge was seen photographing Rodrigo with his own camera.

THR reports that Rodrigo was seen taking a cellphone video of her beau while Refusal received a standing ovation in Venice's Sala Grande cinema. When Partridge took his place among the show's cast, he turned to look at Rodrigo. she mimed a sweet kiss in his direction.
Over the weekend Partridge also shared a romantic picture from Venice of the pair holding hands, and looking at each other, via a makeshift Instagram Story.
Rumors that Rodrigo and Partridge were dating began swirling in October 2023, and two months later it looked like the romance was real, thanks to a PDA-filled moment at a gas station. In June, Rodrigo called the Enola Holmes The “angel boy” actor in a sweet birthday message on Instagram.
Refusaladapted for Apple Studios from Renée Knight's novel of the same name, it stars Partridge as Jonathan Brigstocke in an ensemble cast that includes Blanchett, Kevin Kline, Sacha Baron Cohen, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Lesley Manville, Leila George and Hoyeon. The first two episodes are scheduled for release on October 11 on Apple's streaming service, with new episodes to follow every Friday.
Rodrigo, currently on a short break from her world tour, returns to the Guts stage on September 15th in Bangkok.
