I am writing you this letter to send an SOS to all artists and music people across America that the clock is really ticking to save our democracy.
It's clear NOW for everyone to jump in and use whatever influence they have for the greater good and support the candidate who doesn't “weirdly” (I love that Coach Walz!) support the repeal of women's rights and everyone's freedoms. Or is he bragging that he will cancel America's presidential election in 2028!?

When we spoke in New York, it was clear that you are a family man who cares about his country and its people. It is what makes Kamala and you true “new radicals” of the best kind. And anyone who knows Hall & Oates covered “Someday We'll Know” or the king of critics, Robert Christgau, gave our album an “A” is pretty cool in my book!

For the record, New Radicals reject any request from drug companies or anyone asking to change our lyrics (ever!) and our publishers back it up saying “no problem”. We would never morally support any kind of industry that could contribute to an opioid epidemic that has already killed a million Americans.
Doug, I wonder what song these Silicon Valley masseuses will try to perform next, 'Celebrex Sadness'? Well, just one month after July 12th, our 25th anniversary — to any FDA Big banker Pharma out there…come on, we're STILL kicking you!
We are grateful that our music continues to inspire some young “new radicals” athletes and musicians who are jumping in as well. Like BRAT Charli XCX loving Kamala's politics (and we love Charli's New Radicals tribute video “1999!” best), or Travis Kelce tweeting “I've got the Dreamers Disease!”, which choked me up because that just means fighting for what you do i believe!!
