Kylie Minogue's stellar year continues to sparkle with “My Oh My,” her new collaboration with Bebe Rexha and Tove Lo.
Produced by Steve Mac (Calvin Harris, Little Mix, Ed Sheeran, One Direction, P!nk), “My Oh My” was released in the wee hours of Thursday morning via BMG, after being teased earlier in the week.
A refined and elegant pop snapshot, “My Oh My” kicks it up a few notches with its sloppy, club-ready beat. In it, the Aussie pop princess flirts, “When you asked / What's your name? / What is your zodiac sign; / I'm Kylie, she's a Gemini / What's your drink? Let me buy / You had me when you said hello'.
The Melbourne-raised pop legend has enjoyed a stellar 2023, with the release of Intensitywhich reached No.1 in the UK and Australia and spawned the global hit 'Padam Padam', which cracked the UK top 10 and won the ARIA for Best Pop Release.
The good times continued in 2024, with Kylie collecting the Global Icon Award at the BRIT Awards, becoming the second woman to claim the honor, following Taylor Swift in 2021. She also won a Grammy Award (Best Pop Dance Recording ) for 'Padam Padam' and completed her inaugural Residency in Las Vegas.
Kylie has also signed with United Talent Agency (UTA) for live representation in the US and Canada and acting roles around the world, an alliance that will help the singer and actor build on her success. More than a residence exhibition in Las Vegas, which was extended until May.
She is set to play her first live show of the year in the UK, where she has been adopted as a national treasure, when she headlines BST Hyde Park in London this Saturday, July 13.
