In July, Michael Kiwanuka returned with “Floating Parade” and the British musician has now shared two more new songs. The tracks—“Lowdown (Part I)” and “Lowdown (Part II)”—arrive with a laid-back Blackwall-directed video. Watch the new video below.
“Floating Parade” and both parts of “Lowdown” will appear on Kiwanuka's newly announced album Minor Changes. The continuation of 2019 was decorated Kiwanuka out November 15 via Geffen. Kiwanuka worked on his new album with producers Danger Mouse and Inflo, bassist Pino Palladino, Jimmy Jam and more.
Kiwanuka embarks on a North American tour with co-headliner Brittany Howard later this month.
