LL Cool J has announced his first new studio album since 2013 Authentic. The new album, Power (“Frequencies of Real Creative Energy”), out September 6 via Def Jam Recordings and Virgin Music Group. Guests on the album include Rick Ross and Fat Joe (on the recent single “Saturday Night Special”), as well as Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Saweetie, Nas and more. A Tribe Called Quest's Q-Tip is produced Power. “We're talking about 14 straight fire tracks, all done by me and the one and only Q-Tip,” LL Cool J said in a press statement. “When you listen to this album, you don't just hear music, you experience a whole new atmosphere, a whole new level of artistic passion.”
