Knocked Loose lands at No. 1 on Advertising signThe Top Hard Rock Albums chart for the first time, dominating the May 25 survey with You won't go before you're supposed to.
The set starts with 24,000 equivalent albums earned in the US from May 10-16, according to Luminate. The total includes 18,000 in album sales and 6,000 in equivalent streaming units. Of those album sales, 14,000 were on vinyl, resulting in the LP's No. 2 debut on Vinyl Albums.
The rockers complete a steady climb to No. 1 on Top Hard Rock Albums. after first appearing on the tally with his 2016 studio debut Laughs, which peaked at No. 4, rose to No. 2 in 2019 with A different shade of blue before his reign You won't go before you're supposed to. The band formed in 2013 in Oldham Country, Ky.
The new LP also debuts at Nos. 4 and 5 on Top Rock Albums and Top Rock & Alternative Albums, respectively. On the all-format Billboard 200, it debuts at No. 23, Knocked Loose's best, eclipsing its No. 26 peak A different shade of blue.
At the same time, nine songs from You won't go before you're supposed to perfect Advertising signThe multi-metric Hot Hard Rock Songs chart, featuring “Suffocate,” featuring Poppy, is at No. 5. This is a return to the top for the song, which originally charted on May 11. The tune earned 1.3 million official streams in the US from May 10 to 16.
The album's top debut, meanwhile, belongs to “Slaughterhouse 2,” which starts at No. 6 with 1.1 million streams.
