The thief next to Jesus is the first new album from Ka since the Brownsville rapper's twin releases in 2022 Language Arts and Sad Studies. Ka is produced The thief next to Jesusand recorded it with Connor Schultze at Studio City Sound. The album was mixed by Scotty Hard at Barabbas Studios in Brooklyn and mastered by Michael Fossenkemper at Turtle Tone Studio in New York.
