Jay Worthy, the Compton rapper who was among the performers at Kendrick Lamar's recent Pop Out concert, has announced an album with fellow Californian Dām Funk. The new album, Magic Hour, lands July 12 via Empire. Below, watch the video for the musicians' new single, “105 West,” featuring Ty Dolla $ign, Channel Tres, DJ Quik and A-Trak.
“105 West” follows Worthy and Dām Funk's recent DRAM song, “Westside.” The artists previously met in 2021 for 'All Over' and 'Moonlight'.
Earlier this year, Worthy reunited with producer Sean House for new album Lndn Drgs Connected 2. And, last year, he shared the collaborative projects Nothing bigger than the program (with Roc Marciano) and The Am3rican Dream (with Kamaiyah and Harry Fraud).
