HarbourView Equity Partners has acquired certain production revenue streams and music publishing assets from record producer and songwriter Noel Zancanella, whose credits include OneRepublic's “I Lived,” “Good Life” and “West Coast.” “Ghost” by Ella Henderson. and the Maroon 5 hit “Maps,” among other songs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Zancanella, who is known to work in genres including rock, pop and hip-hop, is the creative partner of OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder and has also collaborated with artists such as Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Adele and The Smashing Pumpkins , among others. in the HarbourView announcement.
HarbourView describes itself as an alternative asset management company with a diverse portfolio that includes more than 29,000 songs in both master recordings and compositions. Its acquisitions include income and/or musical assets from artists such as Nelly, Wiz Khalifa and Jeremih. select works from Full Force, the band and the production team. and songwriting and production duo Andre Harris and Vidal Davis, better known as Dre & Vidal, among others.
