Doja Cat's X account, formerly known as Twitter, has been hacked and the perpetrators have partially configured their sites to ban Iggy Azalea.
Doja Cat's X account has been hacked
On Monday (July 8), weird—even by Doja Cat standards—started pouring in from Cali artist X's account. What caught people's attention was a dig at Iggy in a post that promoted her meme.
“Shut the f*** up,” the Doja hacker replied under Iggy's ad.
They added in a more direct tweet, “F**k this stupid b**ch @IGGYAZALEA and buy $DOJA.”

Iggy and Doja respond to the Hack Job
After a while, people started to realize that the tweets were the work of a hacker, including Iggy who tweeted that she knew the real Doja Cat wasn't uploading the posts.
“Hackers on famous girls accounts are doing it again for me because I'm their fixation but they didn't consider the fact that I might interact with ppl in real life and it doesn't match reality lol,” the Aussie rhymer posted. “Be harsh if you want, but I'm cool with this girl, so much for the hackers tweeting,” she added in a follow-up post.
Hackers responded to Iggy's post. “You forgot to @ me boo,” reads one reply.
Doja Cat also reacted to her account being taken over.
“My Twitter has been hacked, these messages are not from me,” she confirmed on her Instagram Story.
It's not uncommon for rappers to claim they've been hacked and that they've been hacked. Last month, 50 Cent claimed that hackers made off with $300 million after taking over his social media accounts and promoting encryption.
