Ghostface Killah returns Friday with his first official studio album since 2019 Ghostface Killahs. The new album, Set the tonefeatures guest appearances from Method Man, Raekwon, Remy Ma, Fat Joe, Sheek Louch, Ja Rule, Busta Rhymes, Jim Jones, AZ and more, and will be released on May 10th. Listen to the first single from the album below, a Nas collaboration called “Scar Tissue.”
Despite being mainstays of New York hip-hop since the early 1990s, Ghostface Killah and Nas had only featured on two songs together prior to “Scar Tissue.” Most famously, they both appeared on Raekwon's 1995 Only 4 Cuban Linx were built… song “Verbal Intercourse”. Later in October 2020, they both had lyrics for 'The Mecca'.
