Flying Lotus are back with a new song inspired by David Lynch Twin Peaks. The single, 'Garmonbozia', is named after the mysterious creamy corn-like substance that represents 'pain and sorrow'. It's also a rare Flying Lotus with vocals from Steven Ellison himself, with the producer singing “pain and sorrow” and “the red room”. Find the track below.
Garmonbozia appears in the original Twin Peaks and Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me; the essence is presented, rather grotesquely, in Twin Peaks: The Returnalso.
Back in 2017, Flying Lotus remixed the Twin Peaks theme. He released his latest solo studio album, Flamagratwo years later.
