Drake has shared 100 gigabytes of data, including three new songs and lots of B-roll footage, on a site called 100 Gigs for Your Headtop. The three tracks are “It's Up” featuring Young Thug and 21 Savage, “Blue Green Red” and “Housekeeping Knows” produced by Gordo featuring Latto. Also available for download on the site are behind-the-scenes clips from music videos, tour rehearsals and studio footage, among other footage.
This is the first new music Drake has dropped since getting involved in the historic diss track with Kendrick Lamar. The months-long drama began with Lamar's “Like That” in March, after which other rappers jumped in and out of the fray. This spring, they started coming off the slopes quickly. Lamar shared “Euphoria” and “6:16 in LA,” Drake responded with “Family Matters,” and Lamar responded immediately with “Meet the Grahams” and the now-historic “Not Like Us.” A few days later, Drake dropped “The Heart Part 6,” but by then the damage was done, as evidenced by “Not Like Us” debuting at No. 1 Advertising sign Hot 100.
So much has happened in this whirlwind of diss tracks that it's easy to forget that it's been less than a year since Drake's last album, For all dogs, got out.
