For the second time in 2024, Kendrick Lamar has a #1 song. After “Like That”, his We Don't Trust You featuring Future and Metro Boomin, topped the Billboard Hot 100 in April, Lamar's new song “Not Like Us” is now the number one track in the United States, Advertising sign References. “Not Like Us” is Lamar's fourth No. 1 song, following “Like That,” 2017's “Humble” and 2015's “Bad Blood.”
Another Kendrick Lamar song, “Euphoria,” landed at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 after debuting last week at No. 11. Both songs are disses aimed at rival Drake, whose response Lamar's “Family Matters” reaches No. 7 on the singles chart.
“Like That,” released in late March, started weekly feuds between Kendrick Lamar and Drake. The beef resulted in a series of diss tracks: “Euphoria,” “6:16 in LA,” “Meet the Grahams” and “Not Like Us,” by Lamar, and “Push Ups,” “Taylor Made Freestyle, “Family Matters” and “The Heart Part 6,” by Drake.
