He was named Billboard's Top New Artist of 2023, a year that saw him score his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart, with his self-titled fourth LP (via Belting Bronco/Warner Records) and his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart (“I Remember Everything”, featuring Kacey Musgraves).
