In a press statement, Blxst discussed the partnership with Anderson .Paak. “I've been a fan of Anderson .Paak ever since Malibu album,” he said. “His approach as an artist and tone of voice inspired me while coming to my own artistic work. Full circle moment, he organically approached me in the summer of 2023 to work with him and the Free Nationals team. I took it as an opportunity to shoot for the stars and asked him to be a part of my debut album as well. This song is a perfect blend of two California artists and is sonically undeniable from the first listen. Conceptually, the song paints a picture of the tug of war with temptation in love and relationships.”
I Will Always Come To Find You will feature Blxst's recent track featuring Offset, “Risk Taker.” In recent years, the Los Angeles singer, rapper and producer has released a handful of non-album projects, including Before you goThe Just for clarity 2 EP, and Sixtape 3.
