Blood Orange musician Devonté Hynes joined his creative team Work. He will compose original music for the play, which opens at Broadway's Hayes Theater in July.
“Anyone familiar with Dev's work already knows what a brilliant storyteller he is, so it's no surprise that his work in Work it not only enriches the thematic and narrative threads, but also deepens the emotional resonance of the play,” said one of the series producers, Hannah Getts, in a press statement. “We are thrilled to incorporate his innovative musical vision into his web Work.”
