Dua Lipa has grown her filmography beyond Barbie film with her most recent appearance being in the action comedy Argyle. The film is based on the novel of the same name and opened in cinemas on February 2, but from Friday (April 12) you can stream Argyll online at home on Apple TV+.

Viewers will follow Ellie Conway (Bryce Dallas Howard), a best-selling author of spy novels about the irresistible secret agent Argyle (Henry Cavill) — and a proud cat lover. When she discovers that her novels mirror the exact actions of a real spy organization, she sets out on her own adventure with the help of a feline-hating spy, Aidan. The two must try to stay one step ahead of the syndicate's assassins while working together to prevent a global crisis from occurring.
Howard said she used Swift as an inspiration for Ellie's character as she tried to channel her “unapologetic dourness,” the actress described in an interview with People.
Lipa, meanwhile, stars as the hypnotic LaGrange, who is seen in the trailer dancing with Agent Argylle. Other cast members also include Catherine O'Hara, Sam Rockwell, John Cena, Ariana DeBose, Samuel L. Jackson, Sofia Boutella, Bryan Cranston and Jing Lusi.
